Hosting an event without needing equipment that requires assembly with many, many parts? All you need is an inflatable dome structure, the dome cover, an air system and some tethers to tie it down, all of which are included with our inflatable. As if that was not enough, it can all be installed in a matter of minutes by 2 people. This is truly revolutionary as doing something like this in the past meant having to take many different parts, a large crew and perhaps multiple hours of installation and set up. What about putting it all away? Well, it's just as easy. So, not only can you do this in a matter of minutes but you can also customize the stylish structure to your liking. Deposit - All rentals require a 50% security deposit, and a 48 hr cancelation notice for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
We hope that you are as excited to have your party as we are to have you as one of our clients, and as such we anticipate that cancellations are going to be few and far between. In the unfortunate instance that you must cancel your party, we require as much as 72 hours in advanced notice to both free up the equipment for another customer and also to ensure your deposit is available to be retained as a raincheck. We require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE credit card deposit to secure your rental. If for some unforeseen reason your event needs to be cancelled, all cancellations 72-hrs or greater will have the 20% deposit rolled into a rain check. That rain check will be held on file for one year from the date of cancellation. Day-of-Event and Cancellations at Delivery receive no refund or rain check and all future rentals will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve. We are required to pay our staff to load and cancelling at the time of delivery has already incurred labor.
